Reiki Energy Healing

Reiki or "divine energy" is a way of deep healing that transcends time, distance and the physical body. Whether there has been trauma, stuck habits, old wounds both physical and mental/emotional, Reiki healing is a way to reach the depths and release what is stuck.

Kareen Meier is a Registered Professional Counsellor RPC #3893 with the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association. She is also a Reiki Master and has over 20 years of experience working with people who have experienced trauma as well as challenges within their lives.

Kareen seamlessly connects the Shamanic energetics with the physical work done in counselling to provide multi-faceted healing that is comprehensive, deep and lasting. Kareen is a strong believer that each of us has the ability to heal ourselves. Through her work, she provides the connections and tools to bridge the gap between where we are now, heal the past and to look at the infinite possibilities of where we all can be.
