I have been working in the addiction and recovery field since 2015 as a clinician with Northern Authority at the Prince George Regional Hospital, where I have gained experience in both outpatient and inpatient facilities. My approach to supporting individuals on their recovery journey involves considering their mental, physical, spiritual, emotional, and social health. I firmly believe that everyone has the potential to reach their full potential and benefit from learning how to access their innate ability to heal themselves while connecting with resources and support.

As a counselor at the Opioid Agonist Therapy Service (OATS) clinic, I lead group sessions and provide individual and family therapy. My treatment approach involves utilizing various modalities and techniques, including Family Systems Theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Enhancement Therapy, Mindfulness, and the Neuroscience of Addiction. I aim to build a strong and supportive therapist-client relationship that fosters personal growth and development by creatively exploring what works best for everyone’s healing process. My priority is to create a safe and empathetic environment that enables collaboration towards achieving personalized goals.
